We recommend 6–8 weeks before travel. Official visits to agencies and companies often need several weeks to confirm.
Is there a minimum group size?

No. We run programs for small delegations of 3–6 people in a van as well as groups of 40+ by coach.
Can you provide interpreters for our language?

Yes. We arrange English, Japanese and Chinese interpreters, and other languages on request.
